  • WOOT WOOT!

My Oregon has gone from Barely Kerry to Strongly Kerry. Click here

Deep Thought – Of all my imaginary friends, I don’t think there was one that I didn’t end up having to kill.
Today I am grateful for: Blueberries

End of Day – 9:09 pm
+ = Son and family made it home safely from camping and had a reasonably good time in spite of the untoward wet weather.
    - = Have to call and hassle the billing folks about some of my medical bills tomorrow.

  • be more grateful they are supporting Kerry…good news…

  • I am, I am!  I changed Woo Hoo to Yay to make sure nobody misunderstands.

  • Or if you were a little younger it would be: Woot!

  • No kidding!  I haven’t heard that one yet.

  • Yayy! Way to go!
Did you see him on Jon Stewart’s show last night? He looked quite dashing, I thought.

  • Go Kerry!

Of course I am in the conservative armpit of the world…still, I will vote and hope!

  • Michigan is now looking completely solid Kerry turf again as well. The swift boat thing has backfired badly, making Kerry now appear (via reprints of the Chicago Tribune story) an even bigger hero than he himself claimed. Plus Michigan just dropped 7,000 jobs last month alone, half to Canada.

  • I’m definitely voting for Kerry but I never did like the strong emphasis on his war record during the Democratic convention. I don’t think younger voters give a hoot about what went on backl then. And being both a hero and a war protester is too much for an old hawk’s brain to handle.

  • It seems like it’s really hard for some folks to understand that you can show up for a war and behave honorably and while there become convinced that it’s a bad war and go home and try to save more people from dying in it. This makes total sense to me, but I was convinced the war was wrong pretty early on. Just like the Iraq war.

  • Let’s hope enough of the voters view changing his mind as a sign of decisive action and not the opposite.

  • go oregon!!  now, if those ohioans and floridians would get their acts together . . . right now, pennsylvania is swinging hard to the left for kerry.
