The Big Day
This morning I’ll be finishing up buying this 1998 Chevy Prizm. One more test drive and diagnostic check plus I figured out you can check the VIN number on the Consumer Report site (click here), which is really worth doing even if you already bought your car. Then straight to the DMV to register it, etc. I’m going to have to figure out all the little new stuff on it, like I found out it has day lights that are always on when the car is on. Then, of course, I’ll have to call in the specs to the insurance office and change my parking tags for work when I go back. But I hope it will bring me some relief in this area of my life for awhile.
Deep Thought: I bet the main reason the police keep people away from a plane crash is they don’t want anybody walking in and lying down in the crash stuff, then when somebody comes up act like they just woke up and go, “What was that?!”
Today I am grateful for: Having a car at all

Good looking car.
My car was in the shop a few weeks ago. I was without a car for about three days. I was never so happy to it get back. It was freedom. I’m thankful to have a car too.
Have a good Valentine’s Day.
Nice car! Car troubles are a pain, aren’t they?
