  • Back Among the Living

On Thanksiving Day, I went for a walk with my family in the very cold windy air and noticed a little tiny difference in how I felt almost immediately. Now I know you don’t catch colds from the cold. Nevertheless, by evening my throat was scratchy. I went to work the following morning feeling a little bit of cough and my voice changing. Worked a half day, went home and proceeded to have a fever up to 100.5 from that afternoon for the next 24 hours. Woke up many times last night. Boy am I tired. But I’m back again. Fever’s broken. Thank goodness it happened on the weekend so I could just lay around.
Deep Thought:I think my new thing will be to try to be a real happy guy. I’ll just walk around being real happy until some jerk says something stupid to me.
Today I am grateful for: Digital thermometers.
