OK, so I’m a little freaked out. I just traipsed over to Dermatology and had them look at a little bump I’ve had on the side of my face up by the temple, and they decided to do a shave biopsy to rule out cancer. One thing about working in a hospital is you learn not to fool around and ignore little things as they come up. I’ll keep you posted. I’ll probably know the results on Monday.

Oh man, mom. This is not what I needed to hear today, I hope you’re ok.
I am sure that the results will be good. Most skin cancers are non problematic when you get them removed as soon as you notice them. The word biopsy sounds so awful, I know. How long before the results come back?
I’m glad you got it biopsied. You’re right, the little things are nothing to fool around with. If it’s nothing, at least you know.
